How to set up MultiPHP Manager in cPanel?

  1. Log in to cPanel
    Go to your cPanel login page by opening your web browser. To log in, enter your password and username.
  2. Finding MultiPHP Manager
    After logging in, locate the "MultiPHP Manager" icon by scrolling down or using the search bar. It usually appears under the 'Software' or 'Software/Services' section.
  3. Accessing MultiPHP Manager
    Click on the MultiPHP Manager icon. This will open a new page where you can see a list of domains and subdomains associated with your cPanel account.
  4. Selecting Domains
    On the MultiPHP Manager page, you’ll see a table with a list of your domains and subdomains. Select the domain or subdomain for which you want to change the PHP version by ticking the box next to it.
  5. Choosing PHP Version
    After selecting the domain, look for a drop-down menu labeled "PHP Version" or similar. The list of available PHP versions can be viewed by selecting the drop-down menu. Select the version you want to use from the list provided.
  6.  Applying Changes
    Once you have selected the PHP version, find an "Apply" or "Save" button on the page. Click on it to make the changes.
  7. Verifying Changes
    After applying the changes, it’s a good idea to verify that the PHP version has been updated correctly.
  8. Repeat if Necessary
    If you have multiple domains or subdomains and want to change their PHP versions, repeat steps 4 to 7 for each domain or subdomain as needed.
  9. Troubleshooting
    If you encounter any issues or if your website doesn’t work as expected after changing the PHP version, you can always go back to MultiPHP Manager and select adifferent PHP version or contact your hosting provider for assistance.
