How to set Up Calendars and Contacts Management in cPanel?


Here’s an easy guide to help you get started to set up calendar and contacts management,

  1. Login to cPanel by opening your web browser and go to your cPanel login page. Now log in with your username and password.
  2. Find the “Calendars and Contacts” Section under the “Email” section.
  3. Click on the “Calendars and Contacts” icon to access the configuration page.On the configuration page, you’ll find the necessary details to set up your calendars andcontacts. You'll need these details to set your devices to sync with your cPanel calendar andcontacts.
  4. Configure Your Devices: You need to set up your devices to sync with your cPanel calendars and contacts. Follow these instructions for different devices:                                                                 
    1. To open Settings: Go to the 'Settings' on your iPhone or iPad.
    2. To access Accounts & Passwords :Tap on “Passwords & Accounts” or “Mail, Contacts, Calendars” (depending on your iOS version).
    3. To add an account: Tap “Add Account” and then select “Other.”
    4. To add a CalDAV account:Under the “Calendars” section, tap “Add CalDAV Account.”
  5. For macOS
    1. Preferences for an Open System: Choose "System Preferences" by clicking the Apple icon.
    2. Online profiles: Select "Internet Accounts."Adding an Account After choosing "CalDAV," click "Add Other Account."
    3. Fill in the details: Enter the password, username, and server information from cPanel.
    4. Complete Setup: Proceed with the instructions to finish the setup.
  6. Sync and Use: Once you’ve set up your devices, your calendars and contacts should start syncing with cPanel. You can now add events, appointments, and contacts from any device, and they will be updated across all your synced devices.
