How to Set Track Delivery in cPanel?

Tracking email delivery in cPanel allows you to view the status of emails sent from your domain. It shows you whether emails were delivered, postponed, or failed. Here's how to set up and use the track delivery feature.

  1. Login to cPanel: Open your web browser, go to the login page, and enter your username and
    password.
  2. Find the Email Section: Once in the cPanel dashboard, look for the "Email" section.
  3. Click on Track Delivery: In the Email section, click on the icon or link that says "Track Delivery" .This will take you to the email tracking interface.
  4. View Email Delivery Reports: On the Track Delivery page, you’ll see a list of recent emails sent from your domain. Each entry shows details like the recipient’s email address, delivery
status, and the time the email was sent.
  5. Filter and Search: You can filter the list to find specific emails. Use the search bar to enter the recipient’s email address or other details to quickly find the email you’re looking for. You can
also filter by delivery status (e.g., Delivered, Deferred, Failed).
  6. Check Delivery Status: For each email, you’ll see a status icon:
    1. Green Checkmark: The email was successfully delivered.
    2. Yellow Exclamation Mark: Email is deferred, meaning there’s a temporary issue, and the server will keep trying to send it.
    3. Red X: Email failed to be delivered. Click on the icon to see more details about why it failed.
  7. View Detailed Information: Click on any email entry to see detailed information about its delivery. This can include error messages and server responses, which can help you troubleshoot issues.

Using the Track Delivery feature in cPanel, you can easily monitor the status of emails sent from your domain and take action if needed. This helps ensure your emails reach their intended recipients.
