How to check Email Deliverability in cPanel?


If you want to ensure your emails get delivered properly, follow these simple steps:

  1. Login to cPanel: Open your web browser, go to the login page, and enter your username and
    password.
  2.  Access Email Deliverability: Find the Email Section on the main cPanel page, look for the section labeled "Email".
  3. Click on Email Deliverability: In the Email section, choose "Email Deliverability". This application helps ensure that your emails do not end up in spam bins.
  4.  Check Domain Status
    1.  Select Your Domain: You will see a list of domains linked to your cPanel. Choose the domain for which you want to enable email deliverability.
    2.  View Status: If there are any issues with email delivery, the status column will reveal them. It may display statuses such as "Problems Exist" or "Valid".
  5.  Fix Issues :View Suggested Fixes If there are problems, you will see a button or link labeled "REPAIR" or
    "MANAGE". Click on it.
  6. Add Records to the DNS: Go to Zone Editor,back in the main cPanel panel, select "Zone Editor" from the Domains
    Section. Select Manage. Find your domain and select "Manage".
    Add new records. To create new records, use the information supplied in the Email Deliverability section.
    Create a TXT record for SPF.
    Create a CNAME record for DKIM.
    Add TXT record for DMARC.
  7. Verify and Save: Make sure all the records are entered correctly. Mistakes may cause problems with email delivery.
  8. Save Changes: Click on any save or add record buttons to ensure your changes are applied.
  9. Go Back to Email Deliverability: Return to the Email Deliverability tool in cPanel.
  10. Verify Status: Check to see if the status has changed to "Valid". This indicates that your emailsetup is now correct.

By following these steps, you should improve your email deliverability, reducing the chances of your emails ending up in spam folders.
